We waited over a month for a response after submitting medical paperwork for my child's CF medication, only to be told they had no spots and were understaffed. Curiously, they told a neighbor with a child the same age that they had spots open "right now." We also saw a child on the stairs without supervision during our tour, which was a huge red flag for my wife and me. worst place ever. unsafe for your kids- has a Court case unfolding and loses traction and workers fast. workers can’t be alone with kids bc of unsafe practices and unsafe conditions. no staff to help other staff, barely any actual age appropriate rooms open for the kids because they can’t keep kids in their center so they merge rooms and they keep leaving. admin isn’t even an Admin team. Spend your money and time somewhere else,
We love Childtime. From when we first met Miss Angela the director, to actually starting at Childtime it is clearly a very well organized program. Unfortunately when we signed up the infant room had a waitlist, so we placed our son in another local daycare until the spot opened up for our son at Childtime. We love Childtime, and our son loves it too. Miss Emma is the perfect teacher for him, and he genuinely enjoys going to school. In just the past three months, he has learned so much.
My daughter has been with Childtime since it first opened its doors. She was only 6 months old when she started. As a new Mom I was so scared to leave her with anyone. Childtime was everything my husband and I were looking for in regard to security, education and care and love each teacher gives to the children.
