The staff that I met was nice however very poor communication. Some days I would get updates on my daughter, and other days I would get nothing. My daughter is 4 months old and is on a feeding schedule. I feel they were inconsistent with her feeding/diaper changes. They have also misplaced several pieces to some of her bottles. Her last day there, I waited outside the door to pick her up for 30 minutes and nobody came to the door or answered the phone. Someone eventually did and I was able to get my daughter. I booked two days of backup care through Bright Horizons and paid, but didn’t end up bringing my child in for care. I’m waiting to see if the Director, Sarah, will allow the two days I paid for but didn’t use Will allow me to rebook the back-up care for new days. My rating will change if they allow but I was told initially, “No.”

My sons go to Childtime in North Ridgeville, they have the best staff/teachers! They have been so amazing to my boys. We love Sarah the director, &’ Tricia the assistant director. We couldn’t thank you all enough for all you do! They go above and beyond for all the kids, they truly care!

My children are attending for the summer camp program this year. My son is 10 and goes on field trips multiple times a week. I love that they get the kids out and moving, instead of being stuck inside all day. My daughter is 5 and loves going to summer camp to play with her new friends! They do experiments and unique art projects with the kids that allow them to get messy and be kids. Sarah, the director, is always friendly at drop off and pick up.
