Absolutely Horrifying Experience – Do NOT Send Your Child Here If I could give this place zero stars, I would. What’s happening behind the doors of this daycare is nothing short of abuse and neglect. I trusted them with my child, only to find out there is a complete lack of accountability, safety, or compassion. Children are not being treated with love or care. My kids have been going here since they started in the infant room, and the teachers and staff have been excellent! You can tell they really care about the kids here. There are always different activities and lessons, and they work hard to keep the kids engaged. My son comes home excited to tell me all about his day and how he played with his friends! We also love the app and the updates we get throughout the day - it's a big help for us to know how they slept, ate, etc., and the pictures are always great to see!

My daughter has been enrolled in Childtime of Raleigh from 12 weeks old until current (2 1/2) and I cannot say enough positive things about our experience. As a new mom, I was so terrified on leaving her with hands outside of mine. I didn't know other families enrolled at this Daycare, but based on the reviews, we decided it was worth having a conversation. I hate to leave a negative review but my heart wants to look out for other parents who aren't sure about sending their children here. Long story short, we had an absolutely AWFUL experience with one of their "prized" infant teachers Ms. T who was so neglectful of the kids and would allow the kids to cry ALL day while she sat in a rocking chair on her ipad, zero effort to help them. If you're searching for infant care, look no further. We had some rocky experiences with our first in child care and were hesitant when planning for our second. Child Time exceeded all our expectations. Their Infant teachers are the kindest, most nurturing souls. They greeted and cared for our baby every day with joy and warmth. They communicated well with us and adapted well to our babies specific needs. We are SO SAD to be moving on from Childtime but highly recommend them to anyone!
