This place has been my village for the last 5 years!! Both of my sons attended, 5 and 3 now, they have learned so much, academically, soft skills, mannerism. I appreciate all the women at Childtime Rahway, they each contributed my babies growth, building their self esteem and confidence, turning their weakness into strengths, allowing them to be themselves each day! I have had 3 of my 4 children attend childtime over the course of 7 years. I am shocked at the negative reviews and have to wonder at the unrealistic expectations some of the parents have. Every time I have started one of my infants in childtime, there is always a period of adjustment for both the child and the parent. Some children have a harder time with adjusting to the structure that daycare requires, and I’m sure no parent wants to see their children cry…. My son started at Childtime this February. It was a very rough transition for him due to him switching daycares. Childtime has a lot more kids and teachers than his previous Day Care, so it took him some time to adjust. With that being said, the patience and effort that came from his teachers was great. They could have easily removed him from the classroom or the facility with all the crying he would do, and the attention he would require, but his teachers stepped up to the plate. My 5 year old has been going to childtime since reopening after covid, and my now 2 year old has been attending since he was 6 months, and recently my nephew who is 3. the teachers are all friendly and we have developed a sense of family within the school. They always call right away even if the issue is small(noticing change in mood, behavior, extra runny nose) i always stay informed.
