It is such a joke! At the end of last Oct, our family enrolled our baby and put a down payment to send him there starting from the middle of March. Nothing happens until they sent us an email yesterday saying that they cant take our baby and will refund us our deposit. It is a big shock to us, and I am very angry of that email.
