Unfortunately we had a bad experience with childtime. Our daughter entered the twos late Feb with teacher Miss Judy. Miss Judy immediately did not take a great liking to our daughter because she was having difficulty adjusting. As time went on Miss. Judy grew more frustrated and impatient with our daughter which led to her writing incidents reports when our 2 years didn't take her bedding off. Super disappointed in this location. I called them March of 2022, 1 month pregnant. They went over details and said they'd have a availability March of 2023. I confirmed again in August of 2022 and was told I was #6 on a list for March. Contacted them again in January and was told there was no space and they changed directors. I asked for the new director to call and nothing. I thought I'd be good calling and getting on a list a whole year ahead of time only to be left scrambling now. I normally don't write reviews, but unfortunately I feel this was necessary due to the terrible customer service. I called the main line and just had a simple question regarding pricing for how much it would be for part time care, the man I spoke to was not accommodating whatsoever. He said I would have to set up a 30 minute meeting to find that out. I asked if there was weekend availability for the meeting and was told no.
