This place is awful!!!! Stay away!!!! Hidden fees and charges all the time. Always closing last min because they can’t keep ppl working all ppl with attitude and there is no communication about anything at all. Both of my sons went here years ago, and I enrolled my daughter thinking it was the same great service I remember. Complete mess now… stay away!!!!!
My son started in Childtime North Chili when he was 1 years old. He is now almost 8 and loves the Wonder Camp which is the summer camp they offer. They have ice cream trucks and fields trips. My infant daughter goes here now. I love the fun and bubbly staff. I am Nurse Practitioner and I love the live camera feature where I can see her while I am at work. It’s a great place and very friendly staff :)
Absolutely ZERO stars. Initially, this place had me fooled. The vulnerability with the open live streaming of the facility’s cameras, the nice (on paper) teachers, the director doing a tour for you. All of it seems really structured and organized, which is exactly what you’d want for your child. My child went here for two full days his first week and the third day (today, February 12th, 2026) he was in a classroom with two immature, poorly trained girls who seem like they are working for sport and not to truly take care of c... read more
