It breaks my heart to write a one-star review because there are good people within this school, but I cannot in good conscience recommend any families send their kids to Childtime. We were long time families before it was bought by Childtime. Once the ownership turned over, there was visible tension between leadership, disorganization with students and classrooms, inconsistent communication (except when it came to billing), and by the time we left severe staffing problems. I can’t say enough great things about Childtime of Monroe. My son started when he was 1, and my daughter started when she was 12 weeks. The teachers are amazing and genuinely care for my children. They have helped both of my babies reach such important milestones while providing a fun, loving and educational environment. I’ll forever be grateful for this.
