I must say my son have had his best summer yet at Childtime in Monroe. From the first time I reached out the director and assistant director made me feel so welcome and the visit prior to starting was amazing. My son is so happy to attend and even happier after a day full of fun and activities. Our experience have been so great that he will switch to this facility for afterschool. The fact that this place is still open is mind blowing. If the same employees in that video that were slamming the doors and laughing while that baby cried still work there then that’s a complete shame. Genuinely sick people you are. Anyone that brings their child here still and knows about that happened in the viral video is just as bad. Do better. If I were the parents it wouldn’t even be a law suit someone would be coming after you bout mines. 🫣
The staff has been incredibly caring and attentive, always making sure my child feels safe and valued. It’s clear they are passionate about providing the best care and education. The administration has been so communicative and transparent, keeping me in the loop with regular updates.
