We have had such a wonderful experience at Childtime. My son has been attending since July 2024, and from day one we have felt so supported and welcomed. Amy was the very first caregiver my son met, and I will always be grateful for the kindness, patience, and love she showed him during that important transition. We’ve had such a wonderful experience at Childtime! Our soon- to- be 2 year old has learned so much and it’s amazing to see the growth every day. Ms. Amy is truly special — she’s warm, patient, and so engaged with the kids. You can tell she genuinely cares about their development and creates a positive, nurturing environment where they can learn and thrive. We’re so grateful for everything she does!

I’ve had two infants go through this Childtime location and both babies have been taken care of wonderfully! All the staff knows me and my kids by name- even if they aren’t the direct teacher. I feel confident about their safety and wellbeing and I love that they have the camera option so I can always check in whenever I’m missing my baby.

Very disappointing experience from the director Jackie. There was obvious favoritism for her own child and unequal treatment of others. The environment felt unprofessional, with staff tension and negative talk about parents happening behind the scenes. Overall, it did not feel like a fair, welcoming, or child-focused daycare. I would not recommend it if the director is still there….
