Not sure what some of these bad reviews are about because my wife and I are very happy with Childtime. Most likely they’re referring to the old director, but the new director, Ms. Jackie, is fantastic! We’ve been with them since they opened in the summer of 2024. We never worry about our daughter in Ms. Jackie, Ms. Marissa, Ms. Shayna and the rest of the staff’s care. The staff is extremely kind and great with the kids. These people need a lot of TRAINING , on how to run a daycare and how to be a DIRECTOR . All they have is a bunch gossiping . The director shouldn’t worry about how many of the employees are her friend but being a leader.
We have been a happy Childtime family since July and I truly can't understand any negative review of Childtime Mohegan Lake as we have had a very positive experience. From the beginning, even before the center was opened, Keri (Director) has been communicative and welcoming. She clearly knows how to run a daycare & early learning center and recruited a fantastic staff. The center is brand new and was slated for a spring opening.
