This center is going down hill fast! Ever since the last director left (Heather) and the new director started (Andrea) teachers and kids started leaving. The new director doesn’t care about the kids or parents, all she cares about is the money and so does the company. The new teachers don’t care about the kids either.
I would give half a star but not available. My grandbaby was moved here about a year ago. It was incident after incident. From her coming home with bite marks, mosquito bites. The last straw was when she was left in a classroom over 30 minutes alone with cleaning supplies. When it was told to my daughter they said 10 minutes because the regional director told them to tell her the actual time she was left alone. Definitely a very bad experience. The new center director there Andrea. Even though some nice words may come out. It's very condescending when she speaks. They have no understanding or empathy when it comes to toddlers and behavior. The 1st instance of misbehavior or a tantrum from a three-year-old they want you to come a pick your child up. I wanted to wait til my baby was One to make This Post , (11 months) to make sure I got the full experience, but the milestones my baby achieving right now 🥹🥹! THIS DAYCARE was been nothing short of AMAZING! They love my son like he’s their own, he been there since 2 months old and is there Monday through Friday, he loves ALLLLLLL of his teachers and they really really teach my baby SO much. My son has been at Childtime since he was 8 months. Farrah and Maria have taken very good care of him. He is now 2 and is in Jackie’s room. Jackie is always active with the kids,giving me photo updates and letting me know what activities they are up to each day. Heather and Grace always answer any questions I have. Very transparent and helpful
