Childtime is a very convenient location for us, and a place we had been wanting to get our boys into now as it seemed aligned with our expectations for learning, development and care of our children….for the past 3 years. I wish I was told much sooner that there is a significant waitlist.
Horrible customer service, I have waited 2-3 weeks to have a virtual tour meeting with them just for them to not show up to the meeting. This is the second time this happened. Now I'm waiting 2-3 weeks longer to have an in person tour hopefully that goes well I mean what could happen then right? Not get the door opened 🙄
