Childtime of Jamestown has been so great to my kids and I. I was a little nervous about my kids starting at a day care but once we put our foot through the door, both teachers and administrators have been so kind, loving and patient with our family! I want to start by saying childcare is very scary! I was so nervous putting my 2 children in daycare. I done a tour with Ms Brandi and she made me feel very comfortable. My kids went straight to her when walking around. As a parent that is a good feeling. We have been enrolled for about 3 weeks and the experience has been amazing. I recieve daily updates about my children. I get to see pictures and videos of my children learning. Ms. Brandi even reached out to check to see how things were going. Please don’t bring your kids here. My TWO year old son was there for 2 and a half hours and will never ever go back. We walked him into his class room and he was SO excited to play with the other kids. For starters, we didn’t even get to meet his teacher at drop off because she wasn’t there yet, so someone from the infant room was there sitting with them. I just started my son here and we love it the staff and Brandi are very great !!!I love how I can check in on my child as well get updates on the app they have .Making your payments are easy on line with no extra fees.I definitely would refer this center !!!!One last thing I liked is the fact Brandi checked in with us after his first day I really appreciated that !!! ❤️
Our family has had a great experience at this Childtime location so far and I would really recommend any interested parents set up a tour and check it out. Our child is in the infant room, started at 3 months and soon-to-be 8 months, and we are first time parents.
