We absolutely love childtime. I found them on a whim. They invited me in right away and didnt make me come back for an appointment. Gave me a tour and made us feel so welcomed. We checked out alot of daycares prior. Our kid is a sensitive child and they are extra cuddly with to meet their needs and soothe mine. They have cameras which is awesome it helps ease my anxiety I have from being away from my baby. They truly listen to any concerns we have and always handle them. We toured over 10 daycares before deciding where to bring our baby. Childtime was the clear winner each time. We love the cameras, ratio, and curriculum. Not only is it clean, bright, and safe, but they have the best staff. Sammie gives us peace of mind each and every day that we hand our daughter to her. She is kind, patient, and so loving. We are truly so thankful for her! Everyone we have met is great but we have also had awesome interactions with Taniya, Nikki & Jess. So thankful for the Childtime family!

The staff at child time are truly a wonderful group of folks that show up every day giving exceptional care to those that depend on them. You can feel the collaborative energy as soon as you walk in amongst the staff, as well as the sense of belonging and happiness amongst the kids. My wife and I were extremely nervous handing over our first child to strangers, but it took no time at all for those strangers to become familiar faces we look forward to seeing each weekday. As a parent at this center, I feel it's important to share what I personally witnessed because it was very different from what has been described. I was present during the interaction, and the Director remained calm while another parent stood over her, yelling and not allowing her to get a word in. When the Director explained that this type of behavior was not acceptable inside the center, the parent responded by saying, "Okay, well let's take it outside then." I stopped by for their Family Game Night to see the school. They were so welcoming and attentive. I had such a blast. I would recommend this facility to anyone in huntersville.
