Choosing a daycare is one of the hardest decisions a parent can make, but I couldn’t be happier with Childtime. Since the new director started, we’ve noticed a very positive energy at the center. She is organized, communicative, and genuinely invested in the children and families. It’s reassuring to see strong leadership that prioritizes both safety and a caring environment. I can tell she is supporting the teachers which has been needed for a long time.

As a parent at the school, I feel like it’s important to share what I personally witnessed. The only accurate part of this review is that the school was briefly out of ratio at that moment. The new director handled the situation calmly and explained that another teacher was on the way to the classroom. At no point did she yell. From what I saw, the conversation remained professional, and the director was focused on making sure the classroom situation was addressed appropriately. Saw the new director yelling at a parent that they couldn't drop off their kids because they were over capacity. My friend said they were going to find a new daycare asap.
