Had a scheduled tour set, but everything seemed off from the start. Walked right in, but not greeted right away. When the assistant director showed up it was clear they were not prepared for us and felt like we were inconveniencing them. Blames corporate call center for everything. Call center said availability (for infants) was July but told December in person. No id’s checked, no names exchanged, yet we went on our tour. Overall we have fond memories of this place with my son, but given the recent events, we would not recommend it. Some teachers are amazing, some are harsh with children. I heard that toddlers escaped from the playground which is completely unexcusable. We switched to a different preschool and my daughter is happier now.

My daughter was always so happy to come here. She learned a lot! They have cameras and they also keep you posted throughout the days (activities, books, meals, playtime, nap time, photos, etc).

Very difficult to get through to the center. You talk with a corporate representative and are required to schedule a tour. I wasn't wanting this. I just wanted info on school age summer camp. After 3 phone calls with corporate phone number I got the phone number to Hilliard directly. So I call and all I can hear a female adult yelling at children in the background. You know what, no thanks.....I think I will keep looking. Maybe this is why it is so hard to talk to facility directly.....they really don't want you to hear the ... read more
