I've read multiple comments about this place being good. Other people being greeted as soon as they enter. But unfortunately that's not what I experienced. My appointment was at 10. I get there. They have me waiting for 30 mins. I just get a "someone will be right with you" that someone never came. So I just left.
This Facility is AMAZING I LOVE THE STAFF , THE ENVIRONMENT, THE CHILDREN ARE ALWAYS HAPPY AND EXCITED, I WALK IN AND IM GREETED BY STAFF, VERY WARM AND WELCOMING. I TRULY AM HAPPY ALL THREE OF MY CHILDREN WILL BE ATTENDING CAMP WONDER THIS SUMMER.
Absolutely horrible communication with parents, was going to enroll my son here . However after digging into the reviews and experiencing the lack luster communication myself personally we decided to go somewhere else. It’s horrible to think that the staff can’t communicate simple things how would it be if it was a problem with my son. Bad vibes on the “tour” ( woman walked us down a hallway, that was it lasted 5 minutes) But simple questions about the camp, drop in care and such have NEVER been answered. We have had such a positive experience at Childtime of High Point. My son started when he was 15 months old, right at the time he began experiencing separation anxiety. It was a very challenging transition for him and for me as a parent. From the very beginning, his teachers Ms. Destiny and Ms. Karizma (toddler classroom) were very patient, loving and understanding.
