I love love love Childtime. My daughter started here when she was about 22 months old we had her home before that. She was very very shy when she started. It has been about 6 months or so and she has opened up sooo much. She genuinely loves going to “school”. She talks about all the teachers and all her friends daily. As a prospective parent, I am thoroughly unimpressed with Childtime of Hanover. They cancelled my virtual tour last minute due to technical difficulties but did not effectively communicate the cancellation. So I was left waiting online for nearly thirty minutes until I initiated a call to them and finally figured out what happened. Very annoying, especially because a similar situation happened weeks prior with Childtime of Columbia.
Very happy with them, since 6 months to now 13 months of age, they have been great! Very friendly staff and their check-in cameras provide us the peace of mind we need.
