This place switched management back in the fall. The director they had come in wasn’t personable from the beginning and until this day she doesn’t portray herself as a director. As a parent I don’t feel she dresses like she’s leading a school or acts like it. Honestly I thought she was a parent. The only time we receive anything from her is when it’s talking about a bill. Our family has been a part of this daycare for almost 4 years now. We've had two children go through this center. All of the staff is incredibly attentive, kind, positive, and caring. We've had a phenomenal experience in each classroom, with each teacher. My oldest learned so much here and left this center prepared for her "big kid" school. One of the biggest perks is that food and diapers are provided. Just dropping our child off with the clothes on their back each day makes morning routines and pickup so easy. My son has been going to Childtime for almost 3 years now and we love it. The staff is very friendly and he has learned so much from the teachers.
We have had an amazing experience at Childtime Grosse Pointe Woods. Ms. Kerry and Ms. Serena have gone above and beyond to make sure our daughter is learning and meeting all her milestones. Our daughter turned 2 this past week and comes home singing songs she learned at school, can say the alphabet and count to 10. She knows all animal sounds and is getting to know her colors and shapes. I absolutely love this daycare—it can be so hard finding a good one! My son is in the best hands with teachers Ariana and Dria. They’re so warm, friendly, and genuinely caring—they always go above and beyond to make sure he’s happy, engaged, and feeling loved every day. The center director, Christyn, and assistant director, Daeja, are amazing too.
