I swear, ever since director Ms. Marianne left, this center has PLUMMETED into the abyss of lack-luster. The director they have now is a COMPLETE JOKE but it's actually nothing to laugh about. She's completely CLUELESS!! There is absolutely no aggressive or enthused implementation and/ or emphasis on learning or teaching. They show the parents the lessons that are to be taught each week but there is absolutely NO ENFORCEMENT of the lessons at all. The only time this facility has been in good hands was with the immediate predecessor to the current "director". The current "director" is a rare sight even during standard working hours, which is when the overcharged parents are at their jobs. The irony is palpable. She works less hours than even the part-time staff, does not respond to voicemail or emails, and even when there is a sasquatch-style sighting of her, she does not have that friendly "I care about children" positivity. The past six months at this center have been terrible. When it comes to my children, I won’t mince words to spare the feelings of a grown woman who doesn’t even like children, or people in general. The current director has no business being in the position she is in. She disappears for periods at a time with no notice to parents, and likely no notice to staff based on the lack of morale amongst the employees. This place switched management back in the fall. The director they had come in wasn’t personable from the beginning and until this day she doesn’t portray herself as a director. As a parent I don’t feel she dresses like she’s leading a school or acts like it. Honestly I thought she was a parent. The only time we receive anything from her is when it’s talking about a bill. Our family has been a part of this daycare for almost 4 years now. We've had two children go through this center. All of the staff is incredibly attentive, kind, positive, and caring. We've had a phenomenal experience in each classroom, with each teacher. My oldest learned so much here and left this center prepared for her "big kid" school. One of the biggest perks is that food and diapers are provided. Just dropping our child off with the clothes on their back each day makes morning routines and pickup so easy. Their commun... read more
