Overall Ive been very happy here. My daughter has been attending for 2 years. They have had several changes in management over the years and I agree the last management was not the best. Im very encouraged by their new director, Ileana. So far Ive been much happier with her - she seems warm and compassionate towards the kids and is also good with communicating to the parents and running the school. *Long review; details below if interested.* Takeaway = STAY AWAY unless they change the current director (Brittany) and train the staff better because you will only be in Infant 1&2 for a few months. The rest of the center does not prioritize kids or families so the quality of care is horrendous, and the director is not open to feedback. ———— While being run by an extremely inexperienced director, stay far away. Initially I was completely against sending our baby girl to daycare. From the very first day we walked into this daycare, we felt nothing but comfort and reassurance. Brittany, who runs the daycare, Ms. Anita, Ms. Amy, Ms. Diane, Ms. Shalai & any other teacher we have dealt with have all been very comforting. Worst management in history. Our son had gone there for almost 4 years and never had issues until management changed in October. Incidents of child neglect and abuse witnessed by other parents. Once we brought this to cooperates attention, our son got incident reports until he was expelled. This facility was amazing under Jordon Westbrooks management followed by Taisha.
