I should’ve listened to the reviews that I read. I want to emphasize my child was five months so this review is about the infant room. My child was left unfair for over two hours, and I watched on the camera as he lay on his back crying for a significant period of time when I asked about why they hadn’t fed him. It was nothing but excuses no accountability major red flag. The staff has always been helpful & professional to me. I love how it's a secure location that always asks newcomers or visitors for their IDs. The kiddos always leave happy!
We love and appreciate Childtime for all they do for our children. Teachers are wonderful and super supportive. Both my children have been attending since they were 3 months . They are 4 and 2 . I can proudly say I’m grateful how loved and cared my children are by all the staff . Anytime I’ve had to talk to management they are always very welcoming and accepting of my feedback as a parent . We have loved the community, caring environment, and overall care our children have received here! The teachers are communicative and always treat our children like their own. They are so accommodating and always listen to any changes in our children’s routine. The live-stream cameras via the app bring peace of mind and connection to what our kids are doing all day. The admin staff always take the time to answer questions or simply chat about our child’s day. Highly recommend!
We absolutely love Childtime! Our 2 year old daughter has thrived there with her teachers. We are so incredibly thankful to all of the staff for their love and care for their students! Choosing the right daycare is always such a tough decision, but we have always felt that our daughter is safe and cared for here. Definitely recommend!
