We had our kiddo at Childtime from 6mo-18mo. We never had any doubt about the level of care or attention that she received. Both the administration and teachers were very responsive to any questions and open to discussion.

I found ChildTime through my BrightHorizons benefit through my employer. I was in need of back up care for my infant for a week. Joanna’s communication was exceptional. When I informed her about our daughter’s multiple food allergies she offered to send the menu for the week so that I could cross off the foods containing her allergens. Joanna even called us the evening prior to let us know RSV had been present in our daughter’s classroom so we could decide what we are comfortable with. Childtime was the best daycare we could have ended up at when we moved to Flagstaff, they became our extended family so quickly. Joanna the director is fabulous and great communicator about everything having to do with your child. We loved the teachers and felt like each of them dearly loved our son and were teaching him great things for school and for growing to be a good human. I highly recommend this daycare!

Sick again because some kid's parents would rather put other people's health at risk instead of taking care of their children. You know if you made a list of every parent's workplace we could figure out who in town is intentionally violating OSHA.

Future guide: enforcing a sickness policy and offering parents a refund for days their child doesn't come to school gives them a good reason to demand sick leave at work as a means of preventing the spread of illnesses.
