I’m truly very happy with the care and support they have provided for my son. At first, I was a little worried because, as a mom, it’s not easy leaving your child somewhere new. But I honestly feel like I left him in very good hands. My son has been so happy every day, and I never once had a complaint from him about not wanting to go, In fact, he was always excited to go! We always felt our son was safe and well cared for with Childtime. I appreciate how hard the staff work and how much they did for us.
UPDATE July 2026 — I now send my baby to this ChildTime location. He enjoys it and I really like his thoughtful and kind teachers. They sent home the sweetest little craft for Father’s Day and seem to genuinely care for the little ones. He is in the Toddler “transition” room with other 11 - 18 mo olds who are beginning / able to walk but not confident independent walkers. I had my toddler at this facility before moving out of town. I absolutely loved it - so did he! The staff and caregivers are so nice and take the time to get to know each kid individually. They frequently check in with the parents, too!
Ms. Sarah, Ms. Elissa, and Ms. Ava are such amazing teachers! They communicate so well with the kids, are always coming up with fun projects and crafts, and they really care about the wellbeing of all of the children. My daughter absolutely loves them all, and I never have to worry about her when she's in their care. Ms. Joanna and her team are amazing! Thank you guys so much for all that you do!
