We have been here over 4 years with 2 kids and we love all of our current teachers and our prior teachers here. From the Infant room to now GRSP, each room has been great with amazing teachers especially Ms. Taylor, Ms. Shayla, Ms. Ashlyn, Ms. Kat, Ms. Jaime, Ms. Brit, Ms. Nina, Ms. Pamela, Ms. Kativa, and Ms. Suzy. We have been going to Childtime Farmington Hills since 2017 and have had a positive experience throughout this time. Our kids are now in Elementary School and were well prepared as they went to Kindergarten. We currently use their summer program, but we often visit or talk with the staff as my kids are always missing their teachers and director. Very friendly and attentive staff
From the teachers to the Director, everyone has been amazing. The couple of concerns I had were dealt with promptly and professionally. Mrs.Sue is one of the best directors I had the pleasure of meeting. She made us feel welcomed and I felt like you genuinely loves her job and the kids. Shoutout to Ms. Kat, Mrs. Jamie, and Ms. Shelby! My son absolutely adores them and is sad that we have to leave. They all deserve raises and vacations for all their hard work!
I love I can see how my daughter’s day is going through their app, with livestreaming, photos and updates made by their teachers on her daily activities. We had concerns at the beginning but they were well addressed by the Director Susan. Miss Katelin, Miss Nina, Miss Jaimy has been awesome teachers :). Overall there is a good environment and as always there will be areas of improvement but I most of all I want to thankful i have a place to trust part of the care and the development of my child.
