We have had a wonderful experience at Childtime. My two sons have been there for a little over a year (my 4-year-old in the preschool and no pre-K classes, and my 8-year-old in the school age after school program). The teachers have been caring and warm, and both of my boys love going to school/after school. We get regular updates through the app, and we can check in on the classrooms through the camera feed. We sent our children here for several years now, but our youngest was dismissed here with little warning while promising to work with us. All of this, a week after my wife's surgery, that they knew about. So now my wife's recovery will be extended do to their unwillingness to work with a client of many years. In addition, my youngest got hurt here and we had to pay for the urgent care appointment out of pocket. This is despite promises that they will get claim forms for reburisment. My granddaughters' first day was 8/26 for before and aftercare. The reviews are scary. I wish my daughter had done more research before selecting this provider. All I can do now is give them a chance and pray she have a positive experience.
We are a military family, and flexibility with a supportive environment makes all the difference to us. Childtime has been incredibly supportive and loving to my children during our transition. The teachers and the principal are absolutely amazing!!!!!
Our experience at Childtime was a rollercoaster of emotions. We enrolled our son there for nearly two years, but sadly, we had to withdraw him during the first few weeks of pre-K. First and foremost, I want to express my appreciation for the wonderful teachers we encountered at that school. They were exceptionally dedicated and caring toward their students.
