We’ve been with this Childtime since it was still North Country. Both of our kids attended up to school age. In conversations with friends who have kids at other places, pricing is in line with other facilities (all daycare is too expensive). Management-level staff turns over frequently but classroom leads have generally stuck around and have always gone out of their way to form great relationships with us and our kids. We are very happy with Childtime. The staff is attentive and great with our son. He started at 5 months and we’ve loved all his teachers as he moved up in the classrooms. His social skills and development has advanced at a good rate, and they have him eating a variety of foods. The leadership at this daycare is great at communicating with parents. We have been with Child Time at Delaware Avenue and have had a good experience so far. The teachers care very much about the kids and babies, and the front office does a good job keeping us informed. Very responsive and easy to get ahold of. The teachers have done a great job following our baby’s schedule and giving her medications on time. The app keeps us informed throughout the day.

Our son was enrolled for about a month and we would not recommend this center to anyone with an infant. He was hurt multiple times while in the Infant 2 classroom and it was dismissed nearly every time by his primary teachers. They don’t follow basic sanitary protocol and when I brought my concerns to the attention of the staff, they laughed it off and said they’re trying their best. Don’t clean properly, Have a teacher there that makes fun of the kids and shakes them if they upset her . Lie on the app to cover there own butts. I’d find somewhere else . Place is a rip off
