We have been with Child Time at Delaware Avenue and have had a good experience so far. The teachers care very much about the kids and babies, and the front office does a good job keeping us informed. Very responsive and easy to get ahold of. The teachers have done a great job following our baby’s schedule and giving her medications on time. The app keeps us informed throughout the day.

Our son was enrolled for about a month and we would not recommend this center to anyone with an infant. He was hurt multiple times while in the Infant 2 classroom and it was dismissed nearly every time by his primary teachers. They don’t follow basic sanitary protocol and when I brought my concerns to the attention of the staff, they laughed it off and said they’re trying their best. Don’t clean properly, Have a teacher there that makes fun of the kids and shakes them if they upset her . Lie on the app to cover there own butts. I’d find somewhere else . Place is a rip off

I used to like this daycare when they were still North Country. Some of the staff come across pretty lazy but most were good. Since the change over to Child Time, my son was randomly unenrolled without my knowledge or consent. He was part-time and hadn’t been there in a couple week so they just decided that’s what they were going to do. We did nothing to deserve that.
