**update Jan. 24, 2024. Jackie has refused to get back in contact with me in a decent timely manner to see if child care was possible during my time. I originally asked when I found out she was enrolled and was denied saying they don't accept vouchers from the state unless its hamilton county. I was told by multiple people in the job and family service department that they are eligable anywhere in ohio. It doesnt matter the county. My toddler recently left Childtime Main Street, only because we moved to a different town. While there, Ms. Jackie, Ms. Melissa, Ms. Asia, Ms. A and all the other teachers of the Toddler 2 class took such good care of him. I cannot thank these educators enough for the lessons, love and time they took to ensure he was safe and having fun while meeting his milestones.
Hi All, We’ve been part of the Childtime family for going on 4 years. We have 2 young sons aged almost 4 and 2. For the most part, both my husband and I have been very pleased with the center, staff and curriculum. I am absolutely outraged by how they have handled my daughter. I am taking my daughter out of this daycare as of yesterday. I was always informed that my daughter was making problems and hitting and etcetera.... yet when so many things were going on with MY daughter... no one told me ANYTHING AT ALL!! My daughter had to come tell me what was going on. The communication here is backwards! I am happy the other parents got the info they needed, but I felt I should have had that same respect.
