I have to say after reading most of the reviews I was a little bit scared at first to send my two and three year-old boys here . As course as most parents would be as well . when they’re looking for a new daycare. But I have to say I am absolutely amazed by the fact how great the school turned out to be and gave them a chance. All three of my children have attended Childtime, two are there currently. One of the biggest factors for me in determining where to send my children to daycare was trust. In the five years that my children have been attending I can say that Childtime has not lost my trust. I trust that my children are being cared for and loved, that they are safe and happy. Both of my children have been enrolled at this center since they were 2-3 months old; one is currently in the toddler room and the other in infants. Yes, things were a bit rocky under the guidance of the previous director, but the recent change in leadership has made a significant difference. Toddler moms: my advice is to seek elsewhere. This location changed directors, then suddenly the toddlers had frequent closures with sometimes, three hour notice to come get your child. Ultimately they closed the entire room with 96 hours notice. I had to email upper management to get a refund for these days, since a credit is irrelevant after being booted. We were offered a spot at a location which would take me 30 minutes to commute to.. at a 10% discount. Rather than have a sister location teacher come to the environment ... read more
A while back I wrote a review on how awful this place is. After multi days in a row my child came home with bruises. IM SO HAPPY THAT YOU GOT YOUR LICENSE PULLED. HOPEFULLY UP GO OUT BUSINESS NEXT YOU DESERVE EVERYTHING THAT HAPPING TO YOU AND SOME. THE WORST HUMANS WORK HERE
