We spoke to another family who's child is in the same class as our niece and we have 3 things to say. 1. This place is terrible. 2. The only reason we are giving 5 stars is because the new teacher in preschool is good, kind-hearted, professional and upbeat. She's good with kids, good with safety, even the ones who might need extra 1 on 1 care. We haven't had any issues. Hopefully they keep her. 3. This good review is specifically for Ms. Mayes in Preschool. She has been very awesome with our child. We haven't had any behavioral issues or negative phone calls since she's been working with him. Even when we check the camera she is engaging and smiling with the kids. She actually speaks nicely to them and listens to them with patience. We have had bad experiences with some of the other teachers there who are unprofessional. Ms. Mayes speaks to us and each child, she's happy and looks like she enjoys her job. This place has seriously gone downhill. And I can say that 100% cause I have seen the place when it was at its best in 2022 when I had my oldest daughter there in preschool. And now that my youngest is going there and it's literally such a change the only thing tha is the same is the building other than that the employees, director, their activities, their food all have gone down hill. The negative reviews for this facility are true. Sometimes I drop my child off and there’s a person I’ve never seen before watching them. Everytime I pick my toddler up, she has smeared food on face for lunch. They never clean the faces of the children. I wonder if they don’t do that, do they actually wash their hands. If your child has a runny nose, they will be prepared for them to have boogers on their face all day. If your child gets hurt, you’ll never receive an incident report. I am extremely disappointed with how quickly the quality of this center has declined over the past few months Since Miss Alma went on medical leave, it has become clear that the center is struggling to operate effectively in her absence. I have been dealing with ongoing billing issues with Miss Cheryl. Nearly every week, the invoice amount is incorrect.
