We transferred to Childtime after a bad experience with another local daycare. It took a lot for us to trust another center with my daughter but Ms. Alma made us feel comfortable right away! My daughter ADORES Ms. Norma, Ms. Anna and Ms. Natalia. They give frequent updates in the app and I love how I can check in on her at anytime through the cameras. My daughter has attended Childtime from when she was 4 months old until she was 14 months old (I’m being stationed elsewhere). I cannot sing enough praises for Childtime time and their staff. Not only are they seasoned professionals; they all deeply care about children. From the directors to the teachers you see everyday. They are all incredibly kind and compassionate. Everything was great until my kid got bruised 2 times in the same week with the same teacher, and no one can tell me how it happened “no one saw it” and when i asked for the video they told me “it gets deleted after 48 hours “ even tho i asked for it 3 days prior, and when i spoke to the teacher she was giving me attitude, i took my child out that daycare that same day
At first we absolutely loved the school, all the actives the theme days, the diverse menu and my daughter was just flourishing. However the quality drastically went down hill. Soon activities were cut way back, there were more activities that came with additional charges. The menu was dropped to a 9am snack, lunch and an after nap snack. Most days my daughter is coming home grumpy and hungry cause her snack was just plain yogurt and cookies or crackers and apple sauce.
