I hands down recommend this place , Eileen , Yolanda , Stephanie , miss alexsus & miss rose … Mrs dawn !! And pretty much the whole dang staff … I love them so much 🫶🏼🫶🏼 I’m so sad we moved across town I felt so safe there for my babies & my babies loved there teachers they were so kind so caring so supportive.. so helpful ! So everything .. I could leave the longest message here … they all have a place in my heart and I thank them so much for the care they gave my babies ..
A well-managed childcare establishment. Eileen, Stephanie, and the supporting staff are professional, friendly, and passionate about caring for the children. The business is well-organized, booking and check-in/check-out are seamless, and the facility is clean. The first thing I noticed was how clean and organized each room was. My son enjoys coming here and interacting with the other kids. We are thankful to have a backup daycare benefit from our employers that uses Bright Horizons to book sessions at a very affordable rate... read more
The last few months, I have been using Childtime of chandler on Pennington part of my employer benefit “bright horizons back up care” for my 11 month old, and it has been a wonderful experience! Everyone there is so friendly and nice… Eileen, Stephanie, all the ladies in the infant room! It is so amazing that all I have to do is show up with my baby, and his bottles labeled with his name, and they provide formula, diapers, food etc! I had called another place part of the same employer benefit… and I had to bring diapers, wip... read more

Stay Clear. This place does not care about your child in any way shape or form. All they want is money. Countless rate hikes during COVID, never dropped back. Was at least 7 rate hikes in a year. Either very poor planning or just snakes. Either way, doesn't show confidence. Front ladies would always give mean mug stares and never say anything upon entry. Countless staff changes. My 4 year old was left out of an activity/prize because she couldn't pronounce a spanish word correctly. Once I seen that on video, it was enough. T... read more
