I had a virtual tour with this place, they never got back to me. I called and left a message, nothing. A week later corporate called me and I told them I never received a call. They said ok! And didn't apologize or even try to schedule another tour for me. First impressions matter and they weren't even there for it.
This place has really went downhill. We used to love this place and loved the staff but as time continued and our kid continued to grow we noticed that it was difficult to keep this place staffed. Sometimes they would staff the young kids rooms with fresh faces without enough training to provide parents the lesson plans they have for their children. Our daughter has been at this daycare for 4 years now. We’ve recently been navigating behavior issues due to some drastic changes in her home life and Richelle and Ashley have been nothing short of amazing in being supportive and assisting in getting her back on the right track and guiding us to the support we need. Such an amazing school! The teachers treat the kids like their own. I know when I drop my kids off that they will have such a good day and I don’t have to worry. The school has really become like a second family to my children and I. 10/10 would recommend!
