Truly can't say enough about Childtime Bel Air! Not only are they some of the most compassionate people you'll meet, but the entire staff makes you feel comfortable and confident leaving your child with them for the day. Rachel, the director, is kind, flexible, and truly has a passion for what she does, which shows in the way the center is run! Cameras and included lunch are enormous benefits throughout the busy days as an infant/toddler parent, as well. Thank you so much for all the years spent caring for our child!
Childtime of Bel Air is amazing!!! We’ve been there for three years and can’t say enough good things about our experience. From the moment I enrolled my kids, I’ve felt welcomed, supported, and confident in the care provided. The staff are warm, attentive, and truly take time to understand each child’s personality and needs. The daily updates, photos, and video access make me feel connected and confident in my children being safe. My child has attended Childtime since they were 6 months old. The staff has always been kind, caring, and consistent. We especially love the directors and Miss Erin, who has absolutely been such a wonderful teacher in preparing the kids in her class to go into kindergarten. The lessons are always fun, engaging, and perfect to introduce preliteracy skills.
This daycare has done an excellent job with our son. His motor skills and vocabulary have taken off and the teachers have done a wonderful job working with him. The teachers also did a great job helping him transition to solid food when he was an infant and they continue to help us expand his palate. The staff communicates well and the facility is well managed. It's peace of mind for us knowing that he's in a safe, clean, and caring environment.
