Aside from the negative reviews, my child has been going here for almost 2 years and overall have had a great experience. Communication, understanding, and patient staff is what they specialize in. Understand we're sending our toddlers to them most of the week to deal with.. Lol it's not always easy.. My kid loves his teacher Sammy and his previous teacher Ashley.. Can't thank this facility enough for what they do.
Unfortunately I have had the worst experience with new administration and child care for my daughter. If you are behind on a balance from the week before, your child is not allowed to attend. They will send you a message directly for your payment on Mondays weekly. We have been paying and using the establishment for 2 years. I understand it’s a business but you will have a text message every morning by 7 am from the staff stressing you out before your day of payment even has come to a close.
