I strongly believe Google should allow reviewers to rate service providers zero stars, as I would have rated Childs Express zero stars for their most recent service in the second half of 2025. I live out of state but needed to have items moved from Baltimore. Bekins had done a move for someone I know so I looked up the Bekins affiliate in MD and it was Childs. I sent an email asking for information regarding this move and never heard back. So then a couple weeks later I contacted Bekins directly, they referred me to Childs. I got a call back from someone who took my move information and then never called back or sent a quote. I went with someone else.
Top notch service! Very professional and punctual. They arrived at the agreed upon time. They handled my items with care and packed them very efficiently! If you are doing an interstate move and lives in Baltimore, they work with Bekins. Highly recommended!
