Update to my initial review: If I could take a star away I could. We did end up getting appointments and really regret it. We were unhappy and found a new therapist for our son. I left a voicemail for the office letting them know this and they continued to charge us for two no shows. We held our nose and paid them, but 3 months later they "found" another charge and immediately tried to send us to collections for it.
