We have been here a couple of years. There has been issues with double billing, to which they immediately denied and argued when I wanted to see our account. They eventually saw it was their error and corrected it. They sent a note saying all would go up by $5 when the new year started, mine went up by $30. The summer program for school kids is boring for a very premium price. They are closed weird days, like Labor day is September 7th, but they are closing on September 11th, not the 7th. We were here almost 4 years and it’s gone completely downhill. The new ownership and director claim they have your child’s best interest but they are money hungry. They’ve chased all the good teachers out, most of their good reviews are the new front of house people, or the owner paid for good reviews. The new ownership offered me lunch to terrorize her old director on social media, I have recordings of her doing so.
