Warm, structured, and calm atmosphere and my 2 year old child seems to enjoy her time here. The school is kept clean and my daughter is happy at drop off and pick up. The staff and teachers are kind and (most) will smile and greet you. We’ve only been here for a month but one thing I would change is for staff/admin to give a phone call when there’s a significant incident (blood, tears, etc) in addition to an app message and photo. Everyone is so sweet and they take great care of my 7month old. I get pictures all day long of her and they are always playing and helping her learn new things.

Updating my review because toward the end of my son’s enrollment, things went downhill very fast. Very unfriendly staff at the front, unable to redirect almost everyday i would receive a phone call. Very frustrating and expensive to constantly have to have phone calls or need to pick my child up. Would not recommend.

We are having a wonderful experience at Childrens Lighthouse Woodforest for my 3.5 year old and 8 month old sons. My 3.5 year old tells me everyday he can't wait to go to school and he loves his teacher, Ms. P. I feel confident that my kids are well taken care of, the facility is extremely clean, the staff is friendly and responsive, the app gives me constant updates, etc. This is our 4th childcare facility (we moved and then had 1 bad experience elsewhere) so we have seen a lot and I am very pleased and impressed with this ... read more
