Our son attended Children’s Lighthouse for almost a year, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, the communication with us as parents was excellent, and we loved having the flexibility to pick him up whenever we needed. The families we met along the way were wonderful, and the teachers truly made it a warm, nurturing place for our child. We used Children's Lighthouse for backup care so we were only here for a short time but we absolutely loved our time here. The entire staff was so welcoming and kind, especially in the infant rooms. They treated us like regulars. The whole place is very clean, communication was great and it was clear how much they cared for our son. I'm so sad we don't live just a little bit closer to make this our full time spot. Would highly recommend!
I can not say enough good things about Children’s Lighthouse. We moved our baby to this daycare in a pinch after experiencing an absolute nightmare elsewhere. Not only were we accommodated but embraced like family. The facility is safe, staffed, and has a youthful happy vibe. Naturally, with such a young babe (6 months old), I was nervous to leave her in the hands of anyone but myself. That changed after day one. Some client or someone affiliated with one of your workers just hit (and run) my parked car by Irving and Rockwell at 6:35 p.m. on Monday August 4th. The worker (wearing one of your t-shirts) just casually walked away and said "I don't know them" even though they were clearly just talking to them. So I guess your company employs dishonest and shady people and possibly people who hit and run cars as well. Class act. Would NEVER recommend company after this incident and will be sure to spread the word about this.
