We have taken our kids to Children’s Lighthouse since they were infants, my oldest child is now 4. We are very happy at this school. My child is excited to see his teachers and give them hugs each morning, which makes me know he is happy and taken care of. All of the teachers and staff are very friendly. The director, Mikahla, is very easy to talk to and has always helped me with any questions or concerns I have had.
My guy has been attending for a bit over a year. We moved from another facility because he just never got the emotional support he needed (it was his first time in day care). We were driving past CLH in October 2023 and he saw the Halloween decorations and said he wanted that to be his school (bonus it was closer to home as well). What I liked when we toured was seeing kids sitting in teachers laps or hands being held, there wasn't as mush of that softness at his first daycare. I couldn't be more impressed with Lighthouse! My nephew has been attending for several years now, and it's been such a positive experience for him. The staff is incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely cares about the children's well-being. My nephew has learned so much, from new skills to making great friends. The activities are engaging, educational, and fun, helping him grow both socially and academically. I also appreciate the clear communication between staff and parents, always keeping us informed about progress.
