It took me a while to commit to reviewing Children's Lighthouse because I didn't want to review directly after leaving and wanted to reflect. If you asked me when we started going here if I recommended it I would have said yes. However after a director change and constant teacher changes that is no longer the case. Teachers in the classrooms wouldn't last long enough for me to learn their names. My child on multiple occasions came home in wet (pee) pants. Have had excellent experience at Children's lighthouse of Apex... they have been extremely supportive of our little one's needs. The owner and the center director have been very responsive to all our concerns and questions....they are promptly addressed. The people who work here are always courteous and we get good vibes dropping off our little one.... highly recommend.
We started at lighthouse right after my son turned one and we were worried about his transition from being home to school each day, but they welcomed him with open arms and made his start there wonderful. From the director and AD, his class teachers, and the owner…everyone was so welcoming. Our kid rushes into class every morning so excited for his day! Children's Lighthouse of Apex took amazing care of our daughter Mia from 6 months to 2.5 years old. The staff always knew her by name and treated her like family. We loved the secure check-in, live cameras we could view from our phones, and top-notch sanitation—especially during COVID. Huge thanks to Director Asha and Owner Jahnavi for their loving care and excellent leadership. We would have absolutely stayed if not for a relocation!
We love the Lighthouse! My 2-year-old has been attending for the past 8 months and has adjusted so well. He is always happy when we drop him off and pick him up. The teachers know him well and often tell me how he is doing. The facility is clean, new, and welcoming, and we are happy to have found a place so close to our home.
