I am deeply disappointed with the care my child received at this daycare. I want to start by saying we have all the recordings between Jessica and Director Jordyn Turner, which show two completely different versions and their lack of professionalism, and we are ready to send them to everyone who has their child enrolled or they are thinking of enrolling their children to this daycare. Our son has FLOURISHED at Children’s Lighthouse in Alamo Ranch!! He’s been there since he was 12 weeks and is now 18 months! The livestream is really nice to check in throughout the day. The entire staff is so sweet and the teachers are so patient and kind. There are great activities and events each week/month between spirit days and holiday parades. Could not recommend this place enough!
My son had been going here since he was 18 months now 4 years old. We had to make a change due to moving, which meant he had to change daycares. Needless to say, after 1 horrible month at a different facility, we were welcomed back with open arms and understanding. I am thrilled to be back with people who love my son and most importantly he loves and trusts them!
My son has been here since Feb 2024 and he loves going. My daughter goes during school breaks and summer and they love it here. In fact, they often dont want to leave! They learn so much and the staff really cares about the kids and they're well being. Would recommend to family and friends!
This is a great daycare with very sweet and understanding teachers and staff! My son has been coming here since the age of about 16 months (now 2) and I have loved the teachers he’s had in his old and new rooms. You have all day camera access and they post pictures and updates in the procare app everyday. The opportunity for parent involvement is great. Never regretted making this choice as a daycare center!
