I don't usually leave reviews, especially negative ones, but it's been about 3 hours since I made a call and I can't figure out what i said that was wrong or what happened. I just tried to schedule an appointment for pediatric neurology, and the lady on the phone was so rude. She was asking me for a referal code on my doctor's referral form.
