My 2 year old recently started coming here for speech therapy. From scheduling with Tamra to the assessment and now the therapist Ms. Kendra, our experience has been amazing! Everyone has been so welcoming and kind. They are so great with my daughter she loves going and I'm already noticing some progress in her speech.
We have been bringing my 5 year old granddaughter here for almost 2 years, following a stroke. I can’t say enough about how excellent, kind and knowledgeable all the therapists are , and how happy we are with Children’s in Grapevine….top notch therapists and the office staff, Tamara and Carole are the best!! They definitely have earned a 5-star plus rating !!!
I do not recommend. Went in for assessment and baby wasn’t even given a change to self feed. First when placing my baby in the high chair they didn’t even take enough care to make sure not to get his hands stuck.. one had got stuck and he was crying. She didn’t even check to see why he was crying. I had to get up and sees then pull his hand out… Then they forced the spoon to him mouth and he buttoned it shut right while still crying. We have been on the wait list for 9 months, only to find out we are no longer on the list. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very rude and claimed I never answered there call to schedule, I have a phone log proving I answered. Thanks for the waist of time children's, I could have taken my child somewhere else 9 months ago.
