For the most part this center WAS good at helping our family. I did notice that the reviews here are from long ago. Our most recent experience is that we lost not one but two councilors who were very good for our family but now we were left at the last moment with no one and we don't want to start over and the center doesn't care. They added to our grief.
We have been using the services for about one year and our experience has been great. The programs offered have been helpful, meaningful and on point: we will continue until the services are no longer needed. I really appreciate all the staff that make our experience an excellent one. A++
