Do NOT get your glasses here. The optical staff at the time of this review has no idea what they are doing. They ordered the wrong size glasses for my 11 month old and when we told her that they didn't fit and that they were showing all the signs of not having correctly fitting glasses, she told us that we were wrong. She instead said we could try another style of glasses for my child but wasn't going to measure at all and just plucked them from the display and said these will fit. I will continue to take my son here because I trust Dr. Olson. But I will avoid talking to the person who works the optical shop there. Every verbal exchange I've had with the woman has been extremely unpleasant. I almost feel like I'm bothering her just to try and look at glasses there. She either hates her job or just hates me for whatever reason, who knows. She doesn't blatantly refuse me service or anything, she's just completely unfriendly and cold. Our son has seen Dr Spencer for over 8 years starting at the NICU due to extreme prematurity (1lb-12oz, 15 wks early). She helped to diagnose a very serious condition among preemies, which left untreated would have led to retinal detachment and blindness. She later prescribed our son with his first set of glasses at just over a year old, and later still helped treat and overcome lazy eye. She is thorough and patient and great with kids.
