Horrible experience working with these people. We adopted our two youngest and have had a journey of necessary therapy/ services. We have worked with several agencies over the past 11 years and this experience was by far the worst. Flakiness, no- shows, no return phone calls, when the 2nd therapist recommended a higher level of treatment for one of our kids, she said she would speak to her team and get back to us...
