Apparently it's funny to them if a disabled child misses an appointment. Don't be late, because the receptionist will literally laugh in your face. Everything is so funny over there to them. I didnt know i was walking into a comedy show instead of a rehab clinic. Your children deserve dignity and respect. Your child's care shouldn't be humorous, but should be taken seriously.
I can’t say alot for a reason but this place is a joke!
We love Children's at Lakeshore location. It's very convenient not having to go into downtown Birmingham every week for therapies. We love being able to see our therapists and doctors in one location. And Ms. Cynthia at the front desk is a gem!!!
