On site front desk is very nice. Therapists are easy to work with.
Agree with everyone here! The therapist are amazing, but front desk is terrible. Also their scheduling is horrible. Don't call, get the online website and do everything through that.
Terrible job on follower up. Bills keep sending home but no result for my daughter's test at all. No follow ups to my daughter's primary doctor. No one can complain to because it's children's hospital. I called left voice mail no one contact with me. Then later I got bill collection company's letter for collect my daughter's visit bill! What a joke! So nothing I can do just paying the bills ! I am not appreciate Children's hospital !
The therapists here are fantastic - they get 5 stars. We came here to see a speech therapist to help with bottle refusal. It took a few weeks but we finally got our baby to drink from a bottle. The front desk however gets 1 star. It took multiple calls and voicemails to get our initial appointment set up. We needed to change our time and I told the person working the desk that almost any time on Wednesday through Friday worked. Terrible program for kids in crisis. No actual evidence based therapies, no homework to have kids work on skills learned, no communication when problems arise or on child's progress (except a sheet with scores of 1-3 for different "therapies" they participated in that day, to which there were always a score of 3). They felt it was appropriate to discharge (child) for "completing the program" 24 hours after calling us to take our child to the ER for SI.
