The teachers and assistant director are great! But the director Joe Wright is rude, disrespectful, and doesn't know how to talk to parents! The tuition is to high for him to think that he can yell and belittle parents. He is never there and every time we ask him a question he says "I don't know". He doesn't care about the children and their health and safety. He only cares about parents making their payments every Monday. He does not need to be in charge of anything. We feel so lucky to have found a place for my daughter. She's loved and well taken cared of by her teachers. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. My daughter started out at The Young school and didn't do well and was crying the whole time; but as soon as we switched to COA, it only took her a few days to warm up. No more feeling guilty when having to drop her off in the mornings. Thanks everyone at COA!

We did not have a good experience at this daycare and find it over priced compared to others in the area. We were notified by one of our children's teachers that a new teacher was smoking marijuana during her break during normal working hours. We were told that the new teacher was sometimes high when she was in the class. When we brought it to the director's attention they told us they would look into it but any follow up would be corporate's decision. This included drug testing and termination of employment.
