Rented a party bus for a wedding, driver cut the time short. Went and parked behind the hotel until drop off time! When questioning the driver, he said the time was over at 10 p.m., which was different from our signed contract. He said he could extend the time for $200 cash..... Driver was upset we did not "tip up front." A tip is earned, not demanded. After the service the driver provided, there's no way he should have been tipped. Awful! Price gouging at its best, shorted time, driver said the contracted time was 10pm end time and was actually 1030pm, wanted to charge us extra..then the manager said they would take care of the tip after I told them what happened, I feel a tip is earned not expected especially with terrible service like this...would give 0 stars if I could
