The Building Kidz daycare app does not function for Android users and LineLeader has repeatedly failed to improve the system. They are a black eye on the Building Kidz brand, don't let them reflect mediocrity upon your organization as well. They really need to lose that contract.
The comments will post first in line leader then up to 15 minutes later the picture will be visible. Payment should be more accessible on the app.
As a software user, I cannot say enough horrible things about how user un-friendly this software is. I desperately wish there was a competitor in the childcare space. My staff and I consistently find errors in the code (like pointing an auto-populating field to a user who is inactive) and struggle to figure out the most basic features. We are constantly opening trouble tickets. It is a complete disruption to the workflow. They need to take some lessons from a real software company like Salesforce or ADP
