My child went here for 2-3 months last year. 8 times in two months they couldn’t take our child because they had a staff shortage and pointed to their 10-1 teacher/student ratio. Each time we had to take off from work, often unpaid to deal with this. They made promises to us that they would have new staff shortly but the problem persisted. These issues were never mentioned during our tour and weekly we saw new tours scheduled by parents depite the obvious staff shortages. We’ve been taking our son to Childcare Network since he was 10 weeks old, we are coming up on his 1st birthday. I cannot speak highly enough about the staff. They absolutely adore my son and it shows he’s being very well taken care of when I drop him off everyday and he smiles at everyone, just happy to be there. I took my children to this facility a few years ago and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. Each morning, there appeared to be only one staff member managing all the children, making them wait in the lobby while she took or paperwork. Keep in mind this was 630ish am. Additionally, this staff member often displayed a poor attitude. There was a particularly concerning incident where one staff member allegedly pushed my baby’s chair into a table with considerable force, causing her harm. This was witnessed and ... read more
During my time here my kids have had fantastic hardworking staff. Due to their transition they have been working extra hard and long hours so that we can go to work. I have so many great things to say when it comes to management being responsive, informative, and the teachers treating our kids like their own and always putting the families as a priority. I thank them, and all of their hard work and commitment.
