I have been calling and getting the runaround with this School regarding some information for my tax return. No one seems to be locating my information or giving me a call back. My next step is to reach out to the BBB. Please locate my name pull up my child’s file call my number and provide my tax information that I have requested via Corperate and family services. My experience with this daycare was extremely negative. In my opinion, the staffing was chaotic, communication was poor, and the director was consistently unreasonable and dismissive of concerns. The most alarming issue was how my child’s anaphylaxis allergies were handled. We were instructed to provide an EpiPen in a clearly labeled box. Despite following every requirement, the daycare misplaced the EpiPen—an absolutely unacceptable mistake for a child with life-threatening allergies. Ms.Joy is such a pleasure to have at the center! She goes above and beyond for the center, children, and families! I moved from one center to this one and have been very grateful, my daughter transitioned well. All the teachers, Ms.Joy, and Ms. Shea are great!
They are the best and I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone looking for excellent and trustworthy childcare.
